Let’s take a step back and evaluate the current state of the market, look at both short and long term predictions and dissect what the heck founders should be doing during this unsettling time. But like everything healthy, it’s not that simple. Personal nutrition is a complex puzzle and when that M&M’s container is readily accessible, we might abandon the parameters of a diet. We’re only human, right? Cardio metabolic health is a cornerstone of wellness, but at what point do genetics overpower environmental effects? Novel medications have proven outcomes in healthy weight-loss and improved metabolism, but it would be remiss to not mention the adverse side-effects. Hear from leaders on both sides of the debate, ready to masterfully defend their model.
