The problem

Care that depended on the clinic

Vault began with a simple idea: services like men's health consultations, testing and treatment shouldn't depend exclusively on clinic appointments.

Three healthcare markets, one strategic exit.
The solution

Clinical services delivered at scale

Vault combined telehealth with in-home clinical visits, then expanded into saliva-based COVID-19 testing through a partnership with Rutgers University, distributing more than 12 million tests.

Its 2021 acquisition of FSSolutions added employment screening and occupational health services, the business Sterling acquired in January 2024 along with a network of approximately 17,000 clinics.
