The founder journey

Founders partner with Redesign at various stages of their journey. Some have thematic areas of interest or passion around a particular problem statement. Some have more concrete ideas they’re looking to refine.  And some have fully-developed business plans ready for rapid validation and launch. In each case, we provide formation capital and help founders overcome the unique challenges of healthcare innovation with an ecosystem and suite of capabilities supporting ideation and diligence, commercial traction, and execution.
Ideation and Diligence

Winning ideas for healthcare innovation are hard to find. Founders confront opaque value chains, complex stakeholder dynamics, and strong vested interests.

Execution

Winning ideas and commercial opportunities are nothing without execution.

Commercial Traction

Even with winning ideas, the path to launch healthcare startups and achieve breakout commercial traction can be daunting.
