Natalie Schneider is CEO and Co-Founder of Fort Health, a digital mental health care clinic specializing in children and adolescents backed by the Child Mind Institute, the nation’s leading provider of children’s mental health care services. She is a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of experience spanning healthcare, technology, and consumer experience. Her areas of expertise include business and product transformation, design thinking, and commercialization. Natalie is passionate about leveraging technology to improve access and the healthcare experience for diverse populations. Before Fort, Natalie was Sharecare’s EVP and General Manager for its Hospital & Physician Group Business and held executive leadership positions at Samsung Digital Health and Anthem BCBS. She was a consultant at McKinsey and held product and technology roles in start-ups across the US, London, and South Africa.

Natalie is a visiting faculty member at Columbia Business School and has held multiple Advisory Board positions, including the Consumer Technology Association Board, Forrester Consumer Experience Leadership Council, and the American Lung Association Board. She has written numerous articles on design thinking in healthcare
and is a TEDx speaker. Natalie received an advanced management degree at Harvard Business School and an MBA from Duke and holds additional degrees from Stanford’s D-School and Rhodes University in South Africa.
